Our AI engine analyzes your profile — including ERP certifications, module expertise, industry experience, and past project success — and matches you with relevant job postings. You'll see a match percentage for each job, helping you focus on opportunities where you're the strongest fit. The more complete your profile, the better your match scores.

Navigate to a job listing that matches your expertise and click "Submit Proposal." Include your proposed rate (hourly or fixed), estimated timeline, a cover letter explaining your relevant ERP experience, and any specific module or implementation methodology you'd bring to the project. Clients can see your full profile alongside your proposal.

Yes. ERP24×7 supports multiple currencies including USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. You can set your preferred currency during profile setup, and it will be displayed on your profile and proposals. Clients can also post jobs in their preferred currency.

After creating a client account, click "Post a Job" from your dashboard. Specify the ERP system(s) required (e.g., SAP FI/CO, Oracle HCM), work type (Functional Consulting, Technical Development, Data Migration, etc.), budget range, duration, and experience level. The more specific your requirements, the better the AI can match you with qualified consultants.

You have multiple options: browse the "Find Talent" directory with filters for ERP system, work type, and functional domain; post a job and let our AI Smart Matching rank the best candidates for you; or review proposals from freelancers who apply to your posted jobs. Each freelancer profile includes their certifications, project history, and client ratings.

When a proposal is accepted, a contract is automatically created with default milestone-based payments (25% upfront, 50% mid-project, 25% on completion). Both parties can review and agree to the milestones. As each milestone is completed, the freelancer submits deliverables, the client approves, and payment is released — ensuring accountability on both sides.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Clients fund milestones in advance, and payments are released to freelancers upon client approval of deliverables. This escrow-style system protects both parties — freelancers know funds are available, and clients only pay for approved work.

We currently support USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. Clients can post jobs and fund contracts in their preferred currency. Currency is set at the job/contract level to ensure clarity for both parties throughout the engagement.

If a client or freelancer has concerns about a milestone deliverable, they can flag the issue through the contract page. Our support team will review the situation, examine the agreed-upon scope and deliverables, and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution. Funds remain protected until the dispute is resolved.

Complete your profile with relevant details: freelancers add their ERP expertise, certifications, and rates; clients add their company information and project needs. Once your profile is set up, you can immediately start browsing jobs or posting projects.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Payment processing is handled through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. User authentication is secured with encrypted passwords, and all sensitive operations require proper authorization. We never share your personal information with third parties.

Yes. Many ERP professionals both offer consulting services and hire specialists for their own projects. You can set up both a freelancer profile and a client profile under the same account and switch between them from your dashboard.

After a contract is completed, both the client and freelancer can leave reviews and ratings for each other. Reviews are displayed on profiles and factor into the AI matching algorithm. Honest feedback helps maintain quality standards across the platform and helps others make informed decisions.
